i have a ctr cluster but my tach isn't working because one of the resistors burnt out. my friend told me he would fix it for me but i just need to find out the ohms on the resistor, can someone tell me how many ohms it is?

 

is ur type r cluster in a ek right?? cuz my friend has the same cluster in his ek9 00

 

Find the bad resistor, and write down the color bands on it.

Then look on http://www.the12volt.com & by using the color bands & the order in which they appear you will be able to figure out what the resistance is with their online calculator.
