Default ek rear camber kit 12mm bolts

Ok guys just to start off I will be posting pics of the prob tomorrow morning. My internet connection is acting up.

Well I recently bought another car and I think I may have spoke to soon when I said it was perfect. I was installing my new camber kit today when I come to find out that one of the 12 mm bolts was in the whole spot but not tightend. I figured not biggie but as I took the rest of the rear upper arm I notice that one of the holes has no threads in it. The nut that is welded to the car, which creates the threads is no longer there. This leaves me at a point where I'm not sure what to do. I heard I could get a stud welded in place and it would be fine but I want to know if anyone has had the same problme and what you did to fix it.

Just to clerify this is where the rear upper arm connects to the frame of the car and is held in place by two 12mm bolts. Any help is greatley appreciated.
