Default anyone ever use a sce copper head gasket?

With my turbo i bought i received a .080 thick copper head gasket. I have never really seen one before and i was wondering if it is a good product to use or not? It says i need to take out the middle layer on the head gasket and spray the copper head gasket with copper spray place the stock outers on it and i guess torque it to factory specs but i am unsure what the torque specs are. Jw if this is something i should try out or not let me know what you think thanks guys.

Copper head gaskets are usualy used with steel o-rings in the deck or in the head. I think that is an old school way of fixing bad designed oem gaskets on older tuned cars.. A multi layer steel gasket is as good as i gets.. If you want that seal stronger a I would use copper o-rings in the deck surfice. If you brakes oem multilayer gaskets I would guess that you ether have a bad tune or that your sealing surfice is bad or your head studs are bad.
