Ac problems 97 civic
The condenser fan doesn't turn on when i put on the ac and the ac compressor won't turn on too. All fuses are OK and I changed the relays. What can it be?????

Try jumping the compressor clutch while the car is off.
If it engages then it's most likely the compressor, if it doesn't then it's most likely the clutch.
It makes a clicking sound when it engages.
