making my first trip to the track this week with some new bfg 225s on some gsr hammers. how low on the tire pressure can i go? i used to run my 205s at 10 psi but is that too low considering how much bigger the tire is than the rim?

driving style and track prep will very, start at 18-20 and work your way down. i personally ran at 9-12 depending on the track and i cut 1.8-1.9'a all day

ok cool. i just wasnt sure if i had to keep a decent amount of air in it because its on a thin rim. ill probably start around 12 and see how that goes. i know they usually go up a few psi after the burnout and run anyhow
