Default Radiator cap question

I have noticed some coolant on the lip of my radiator, not very much, but it's there. I wash it off or wipe it off and next time i pop my hood it's there again. My coolant levels are fine.

Would a high pressure cap remedy the situation? I have heard that a high pressure cap might put extra pressure on my hoses and clamps.

thoughts and advice appreciated.

I'd swap the cap with a new stocker before I swap it for a higher pressure cap.
