This assembly provides approximately 80% increase in torque capacity and is properly suited for aggressive street use and moderate track use. hey i have a h22 in my accord im lookin at about 400-450whp. should i get the stage 4 sprung or stage 5 sprung. its a daily driver and will be driven on the street everyday. haha i live about 25 minutes from west babylon in uniondale, ny.
