Default WTF is wrong with my car?!

alright some background, i was on the dyno 2 weekends ago and ran into problems and ended up replacing my coil . thats really the only problem ive ever had with this car since i bought it from the orginal owner.

car is a 1995 civic EX with a y7/z6
57trim 60/63
450cc injectors
tuned on crome

drove it home 250 miles and drove it around town everyday like i always have and havent had a problem. so im going to leave my parking spot at my apartment and pull up to my garage to talk to my rooomate and it dies as i stop. turn it over and it will not start. if i feather the gas and keep it running it will run but wont go above 3 grandish and just surges all over the place.

no smoke when its running like its burning oil and it smells pig rich. like fuel dripping out of the DP almost.
i checked my timing belt and it looked like it was a cog or two off? i adjusted it and it still will not start.

plugs look alright other than being covered in fuel but i cleaned and dried them off and theres no difference.

i have spark on all 4 cylinders and im pretty sure theres power to all the injectors.

i cannot figure this out and i need my car! please give me any kind of ideas!

when you adjusted your timing belt, did you do it correctly? double check to make sure you didnt time it 180' off.

definitately a dizzy/timing related issue. i doubt its your injectors. just pull the injectors to make sure they're spitting, if you're gonna check em.

id check ur dizzy first though, seeing as that was the last thing you worked on.

meh, i doubt it, generally cutting the j1 would result in the chip not working and the ecu running on stock defaults/basemap. a damaged j1 would make it so your chip doesn't work anymore.

yes, that would actually explain a lot. your engine could be flooding, and when you give it gas at idle its burning some of it off. you didn't mention you had bigger injectors...

try swapping either swapping your injectors or open up ur ecu and see if the jumper above your chip is damaged or burned. i know someone on here that can fix it for you, if you dont have a guy.

in this picture its that really thin piece of wire (im never allowed to touch a soldering iron again after what i did to my ecu, this pic is just for reference)

if someone kicked ur ecu or something shorted out, or someone didn't install the jumper very good, then it sure could be common.

are you using a resistor box or inline resistors? if so maybe a connection is bad.

so i tested the coil in the dizzy and it ohmed out bad. i replaced it, and it still runs the same ! WTF?

i pulled j1 and converted it back to a p28 and it ran better then it did when it tried to run my tune. with 450s? it at least seemed like it was hitting on all 4 cylinders then

when you say cog, i would assume you mean you jumped a tooth? if so, did you take your belt off and make sure that it is 100% spot on timing and put it back on?

Weird. It should have thrown a code....at least you would think.

Glad you got it fixed
