Default want to weld, where to buy

i'm sick of having to bring my exhaust and intercooler pipeing to a welder to get it welded, and i want to start learning how to weld on my own. where can i get all the stuff neded to start welding. i searched on millers website but i didnt see the gas cylinders where do i get those and can you give me some good brands. mostly just doing exhuast mild steel, SS but if i get good at it i would like to make turbo manifolds.

what are good brands of welding machines and how much would all of this stuff cost me. thanks

but as far as welding suppliers that are local,
look at:

and g&e welding supply
