RHD crx conversion, need help!
I Recently picked up a 88 crx that was converted to rhd the car came with underdash harness from the rhd clip but no engine harness. what my question is can i use any other engine harness with the rhd underdash? or do i HAVE to use the jdm engine harness any info would help Thanks.
You should be able to you any USDM harness from the Si, the only different is where it goes through the firewall, essentially it's the same wires/sensors... The JDM harness does have a few less things since they don't have the emission crap we had...

Wouldn't that depend upon the engine / trim?

I'm assuming he's talking about a D15b(ZC) or b16 since he's gone the JDM RHD route... But as long as it's a USDM Si harness it will have all he needs to make everything work and then some! In all reality you only need 8 wires in the engine bay to run everything, and more than half of my harness is a waste of weight/space since none of it's being used!
If you have the know how, I would just find out what Pins on the ECU are what and individually wire them to the corresponding sensors, etc... Not only does an engine bay look much nicer without a 1/2" thick harness snaking around, but it's a mini wire tuck since you only have 8 wires running around! The fuse box can be relocated to the passenger inside fire wall!
