Default Project d-rice.... 95 Integra GS-R rebuild

Well my buddy and i picked this up together for real cheap and when i say real cheap i mean real cheap. Before anyone asks it was 1200 bucks so we both chipped in 6oo bucks. Its a 95 GS-R with 140k we already did a lot of the maintenance work as far as timing belt, plugs etc etc.

here are the pics from today when we picked her up and brought it to my house to stuff in the garage. Also thats my DD base model RSX.

Let me know what you think. I will update as i go along. First things being done, are getting a new exhaust system as this one is way to loud as has a few holes in it. Then we will be working on the body, taking off the side skirts and 3 piece spoiler and rear lip (maybe). Then it will be little things here and there just making it look good and run great.

I really don't see you guys chipping in on a project car working out too well in the future.

Well my buddy and i have been friends for over 12 years and this isnt the first project car we went in on. My EM1 we bought together and then i took over the whole project. Now this will probably turn into his project mostly but i dont have a problem with that. Its all in the fun of building a car and i would say building a nice car is well worth the 600 i initially spent.

UPDATE:
We removed the rusted front strut bar and also the 3 piece spoiler and side skirts and got a hold of some type r sideskirts and front lip. The motor was also removed and we are starting a wire tuck then putting in the booth to get repainted milano red. Will post pics tonight of the progress.

All motor 248 ? Si engine or different engine? I want a dyno sheet......

And for the project, repaint it a different color. Everyone and their mom has MR.
