wtf? read on multiple sites that the crx hf final drive is 2.95?
So i'm trying to build a hybrid tranny and swap in a vx or hx motor into a crx, heard the hf has a 2.95 final drive, I thought it was 3.88 like many other EF final drives?
the HF had 2 different final drives, one for California cars and the other for the rest of the USA. IIRC its 2.95 for the non-Cali HFs and slightly shorter for the rest 3.xx something.
I mistakenly got a HF tranny in my old CRX Si (gone now sorry) that thing would go to like 45 in 1st and 95 in 2nd. It was rediculous, might as well get an automatic tranny.
