redlines before 5k

redlines before 5k

90 crx swapped over to a obd1 b18, but will not go past 5k, chipped pr3 running car.. any ideas anyone?

pr3 is a b16 vtec ecu, its in limp mode, wrong ecu for your motor.

meant b17 engine, but chip has b17 map on it, will ecu still not work for my application?
