2004 Honda Civic LX MAP sensor wires.

So, I needed to rig this little EFI controller to my map sensor on my 2004 Honda Civic LX. I believe the actual sensor has 3 wires (not for sure) and i was wondering which wire does what. Thanks for the help in advance.

and what the who is a Circuit D45 (yellow/red wire)?????
