If ima paint the factory rims?

I plan on painting my factory rims Black, whats the best type of spray paint to use ?(that will give me sum what of a glossy look)

Be sure to "scuff" the wheels, wipe them clean, and they spray the paint, might want to spray a coat of clear to add more shine to it.
