Default Code 15 ignition output signal

Long story short i bypassed my main relay for the fuel pump, for a kill switch.
Car runs fine, been fine for awhile now, just keep getting this code.
Now i understand the reason i'm getting this(because the the ignition is not sending a 'run' message to the fuel pump)
Now my question is since this is throwing the code will it retard my timing? i doubt it should but never know.
Anybody?

ICM is going bad or coil is going bad. get your manual out and check the continuity between the pins on the ICM and coil

If you hacked your distributor harness for a swap, check the blk/yel wire if you spliced it anywhere, its probably corroded.

If he had a bad coil or ICM, it wouldn't run.

yes it will run. ive personally had a car that had a slight hickup then would throw the code. but the car still ran. but only would hickup here or there

Dizzy is brand new, and i know my problem is in the main relay, ingition output signal sends a signal to the mainrelay telling it to turn on the fuel pump, but like i said i know this. all i want to know is will my car go into limp mode just because of the code15?
I never plan on wiring back up the fuelpump to the mainrelay again, so i guess i'm gonna always get this code?
this has nothing to do with finding out why i'm getting code 15.
