Default t4 on h23?

I'm going to start collecting parts for my custom turbo setup within the next few weeks. I'm debating what turbo to get. I've found great deals on t3/t4 and t4 turbos (450 each on turbochargers.com). I was thinking that with a t3/t4, it would spool early and i'd get no traction. The t4 would obviously spool later and flow more air. I'm not looking to get a setup that will allow me to be in boost all the time or anything like that and i don't want crazy horsepower numbers. I plan on building my engine and getting a hondata 2 or 4b so that it'll be reliable and fast. Also, the manifold is going to be hard to find and i'd probably end up having one made with a t4 flange. what are your thoughts?

if ur staying stock internals use a t3/t4. if ur building the internals and using a hondata get a 60-1.
