Default help car freaking out

I was on the way to work today and i was going down the hwy. I went to get off so i put my blinker on and my radio went off as well as my clock started flashing opposite witht the blinker as well as the ebrake light came one dimly. I got out and check to see if the alternator belt had come off and it was still on. I just put a new battery in it. WHat can it be?

if you just changed your battery, the ground side of the battery probably didnt get tightened down like it should.
