People couldn't follow rules regarding it and posted up all sorts of random bull ****.

So it was locked, then unlocked and people did the same **** - so now it's gone

they are... but some people just insisted on messing it up. There was a couple of guys who kept doing it all the time... and there were also some other people... it was getting messy.... so i don't blame... but i think they should open it again.

Not sure I'd put it at 99% but yes, that is the reason

Not in the Accord forum, by all means do so in the Honda/Acura Appearance forum.

yep, there it is, it wasn't deleted. Dave removed it from being a sticky and it is linked in the Accord FAQ right at the top.

this has been discussed before. This wasn't the first or second picture thread that failed, the difference with this one is that it's still around for people to at least look through.

The thread was locked, I reopened it for months which was filled with constant policing to keep comments out. It doesn't matter how many times it gets posted or if it's listed in the thread title, some people are going to make comments. I later locked it because it was getting out of hand. I don't recall if I reopened it after that or not but we were allowing people to request pictures be added. People would ask but then never follow through so Dave finally removed it from the stickies as nothing had been posted in months.

The chances were there, people couldn't follow the simple rule of "pictures only, no comments" so now it's done.

 

It is still around. There is a link in the FAQ thread so it will be easy to find.
