Default Cleaning Intake

So i plan on taking my intake off my d15 and cleaning it. Should i just clean it with carb cleaner or something else? Also is there a good way to clean the fuel rail and injectors?

what are you planning on cleaning the filter? if so they make filter oil if its a cone style..as far as the injectors, there are a few companies that make injector cleaner...i would recommend running super (whatever high grade gas you can get a hold of )in your car that seems to clean them up nice

No not the air intake, i'm talking about the actual intake manifold.

use an additive like sea foam, or lubro moly intake cleaner.

you just spray it in the intake, everywhere, let it soak for 10 min, start the car. let it all burn off

if u want a deeper clean, you can trickle some into a vacuum source while the car is running as well.

FYI, its gonna get smoky. do not do it at home.
