Strange grinding noise...
2000 EJ8 automatic, stock motor.. stock everything. It's my sister's car.
It has a strange grinding noise only between 41-43 mph. Mostly under decceleration. It doesn't always do it under normal driving conditions. The only way I could get it to stay long enough to hear it for a decent amount of time, was to hold it @41-43 mph. Other than that the car runs like a champ, and is kept up-to-date on all maintenence procedures. Any ideas would be much appreciated, I attempted a search and didn't see anything like this. Thanks in advance.
