Default Dyno results the new Bullseye Power race cover against old style BW race cover

We dyno'd the S372R on a 2005 GTO at 14 psi. It was on the same dyno, same day, same boost, same water temps, same intake temps and nearly the same ambient temps (2 degrees warmer with the new race cover test). So with only a cover swap, the results were nearly 20 whp increase with the new race cover. Keep in mind this is worse case scenario, these results were tested at only 14 psi. We would expect higher percentages at higher boost levels.

The new style race cover.

Old style Race cover from BW.

We have a fair trade in for the old style race cover if they are in new condition and unused. Call the shop 231-788-5209 make sure you have your original invoice.

Thanks Dan

Scott you can also contact me on the swap since you purchased your turbo through me, either way man. Lemme know

Awesome results Dan, who'd a thunk a smaller cover would make more power than a bigger cover? Looks like you made some smoother transitions on the ilet of the anti surge shroud and such? Care to explain the differences between the two covers?

Actually we used the same volute as the larger cover we just removed some area around the OD of the cover.

The big change is in the inlet design. We also have some hidden designs in the way the anti surge are is back cut.

How would it compare to a standard 372 cover? Still bigger size wise? I don't think a bigger cover over the standard will clear my hood.
