Help me choose quality cat. converter.
Situation: Ref ticket
Consensus: All levels are high, I think its NOX that can only be a max of 712 but i have 2700...
I have no idea when the cat was replaced, probaly never.
Car: 93 del sol si
Mods: dc header 4-2-1
Anyways i was talking to the guy and he said its most likely the cat. He told me you can get one for cheap but it may only lower your score by 500 points or something. He said I should get a quality one.
I searched here http://www.catalyticonverters....B1631 and they all are cheap.
Any advice on brand and also what else could be the problem?

When my cat died on my 00 EM1, I just bought the cheapest new one I could find. It was a way different shape than the OEM one but it bolted right up with no problems and my car smogged just fine.
funny I just smogged my car with a universal magnaflow. 97 coupe my nox was like 2752 and went down to 300 and somethin. sounds like your cat man. i got that magnaflow for $65 shipped from dotcomparts.
