Default Need advice on my first mod (suspension)!

I bought some spare parts off of someone who did a 5 lug conv on an EK:
Front:
-ITR Lower Control Arms
-ITR Forks
-ITR Sway Bar ( with endlinks, bushings and brackets )
-ITR Upper Control Arms
Rear:
-ITR Lower Control Arms
-ITR Upper Arms
-ITR Sway Bar ( with endlinks, bushings and brackets )
I know that I will need to get new springs/shocks or coilver setup that can be used on the ITR LCAs. I don't know what I need to get to complete the sway bar install. From some searches, I found info that hinted that I will need some extra braces or reinforcements (perhaps from http://www.beaksproducts.com). I want to make sure that I do this right the first time around and don't run into any problems down the road with subframe tearing etc... Any advice would be helpful/appreciated. Thanks.
