i went to the little meet on friday but couldn't play afterwards because i had my son.

nobody showed interest on sat night. want to meet this sat?

 

do you care how many people go? what time, where?

 

too many cars would draw unwanted attention. my main goal is drive fast. probably breaking the speed limit.
i would say 5-10 cars tops. it is just me here.

time - after dark. i like after dark because you can see cars coming the other way.

meet - somewhere in west hills or calabasas. drive topanga to mulholland hway and then over to that little store on the corner of mulholland hwy and kanaan rd. it will be closed but it has a parking lot.

Friend i know feels more comfortable with it beeping away. It doesn't work as well in sparse locations, but if there's a caravan of touge runners then it can save the group.

 

i personally find them distracting. also, i think if the cop sees it, it will just make you look more guilty.

my license is clean. if i get a speeding ticket, i will got to court. i beat the last one and will damn sure fight the next one.

We could meet @ Las Virgenes Road & Mulholland Hwy.

 

Make the meet spot at an actual business, not on the canyons themselves. Cops ticket loiterers.
There are gas stations on las virgenes and Sunset blvd.

 

there is taco bell and stuff about 1.5 miles north on las virg. near the 101.

Last night was pretty good. Not a cop to be found. Some fog up on T*** Canyon, though. Love that PCH is freshly paved.

 

i rolled down Mulholland yesterday after work. no cops but lots of bicycles. they like going hill and i was going down so not too much issue.

i can't go out sat night, so i may just roll after work tomorrow. if anyone wants to go later, lmk.

 

I hear there is a stop sign camera on Topanga.

 

i Was thinking of going up there. I went to Woodland Hills a few weeks ago, and on the way back, detoured onto Old Top Canyon.. It was a pleasant enough drive, but some Porsche slowed me down! Not like i could go fast in my stocker DX with worn stock suspension, but I was there just to scope it out. It was about 7pm. And it was way chilly! Afterwards, drove to PCH, and took that to the 10 frwy. It was a pleasant drive indeed. Though, I wouldn't push too hard where I was, due to the super narrow streets.

 

I'm still doing a drive on Saturday night, meeting at 10pm, sunset & PCH
