I have a dual core oem integra radiator in my crx. The radiator fan will not turn on. I have a brand new relay and fan switch on the thermostat housing. I checked the fan itself by direct connecting to the battery and it fired right up. I tried to bypass the fan switch by crossing the switch wires and nothing. I checked with a multimeter for power at the wires and i am getting power.

Any other ideas?

 

make sure your getting a ground at the plug

 

the fan switch is just a switch to ground - you shouldn't have power at the cooling fan switch - what are the wire colors at the cooling fan switch? - sounds like it may not be wired up right
