I need it for a 99-00 Civic. I'm installing a turbo before IA and just need to get the pan tapped.. I'm just gonna sell my stock one and get a previously tapped one.

I'm trying to get one locally (louisville, KY) so I can just meet up with you. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me out.
