follow the radiator hose that goes from your radiator to the location almost right in front of your throttle body...take that hose off and fide a SUPRISE!!! then take 3 bolts (i think) out and pull the thermostat out of the housing.

I noticed that the Temp gauge is not working. Any ideas on where I should look at?
I have grounded the wire and the temp gauge shot up to Hot. And the thermostat is new. I let the motor run for about 15-20 min. And it never moved.

You may want to bleed the system after disconnecting that radiator hose. Sometimes air bubbles can cause it to overheat. I had to bleed mine after replacing my radiator hoses on my d16y8.

Is it possible the sensor is bad? Or could bubbles be doing this.
After warming up i grabbed the the hose going to the thermostat, and it was hot.
