will a d6y8 dizzy internals/coils/plugs work on a jdm gsr?

or is there any other alternatives? because the jdm gsr dizzy has a different plug for an obd2a engine harness...


searched throughout honda-tech and the faqs section. no answers.
i need help asap!!

 

part numbers are completely different so i'm sure the answer is no.

no alternatives....ones a dserier part ones a bseries part....ya cant just go swapping parts between them
