on the spoke at about two o'clock i could sear it says mugen. im probaby wrong though. i saved it and zoomed it in but its not high enough res to see clearly.

 

They look like Mugen NR Mirror face knock-off's. The center cap and the spokes are different.

the centercap in those pictures looks like the mugen logo though.

Mugen never made that style of center cap. They only produced the flat style cap, and if you look at the font on the spokes, it's different from the real Mugen wheel.

The fact that the spokes are painted instead of machined, should have given that away.
