Is a 95 accord ex cluster swap from a 98 accord possible?

PnP? No

You'll need to do custom harnesses, odometer won't work, nor will the trips (They are digital on 98+) and the curve of the plastic is opposite of the 5th gen.

Well I'm glad you did search and find those.

Not really, everything else you'll have to do some serious modding for.

The S2000 is always an option but you'll have to mod the bezel and do a wiring harness still.
