Default HELP WITH HONDA SERVICE DEALERS and Honda Tech Bulletins? I am a Honda Civic Hybrid owner in South F

First of all, I like my car and want it to be healthy! I am willing to keep trying to get help from any local Honda dealer service dept., I am not trying to undermine them but rather to figure out how to get them to help me.
I have had problems with my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with the rear susp., unusually rapid wear on rear tires, allignment not maintaining, noisy ride, bumpy handling, no recourse from dealer.
I had to buy new rear tires after they completely died at 15,000 miles. I take care of every maintenance need on time. It was disappointing that the dealer blamed it on my maintenance habits without even checking me out. Every time I go to the dealer there is a different manager, we have a high turnover of people in South Florida, and I am thinking the managers must get upset at being the fall guy stuck in between, if they give too much help they don't make money, and if they don't give enough help angry customers complain. At any rate, I felt that I would have to dig up my own proof and help for some kind of a vehicle problem. After searching online, wow; I am disheartened that so many buyers are experiencing these same problems. There are hundreds of Honda Civic owners who have complained online about uneven tire wear at unusually low mileage, and they have mostly been told that it is either their driving habits or they do not rotate the tires enough. What if you are a calm driver and you rotate your tires every 500 miles? I was gratefully referred in an online forum to research the Honda Service Bulletins for my vehicle. Just for my vehicle there are 15! There are 3 recalls: one that a wheel may fall off, one about grease dripping on the brake switch and causing it to fail, and one about the tank exploding. The other 12 contain some items which directly relate to the issues I have had such as uneven tire wear and rapid wear on rear tires. How could the local dealers act like they can ignore these issues? Who is the watchdog for local dealer service shops following through on Honda tech bulletins and recalls? They are finally acknowledging one of the recalls, but that is it, just for the brake light. The only thing my Honda dealer told me to do was to contact the tire company. I would assume that even the tire companies are getting fed up with taking the blame. HELP! Any help would be appreciated. I found my tech bulletins here, please cut and paste. //www.edmunds.com/maintenance/MaintenanceServlet

I couldn't even get a page to come up with the address you posted.

Here is the TSB about your tire wear:

How can my local dealer act like I am making this up? They even had a maintenance man drive my car on the nearby highway and they said it was just because the original new tires were poor quality! They said that was normal for cheaper line tires such as those that came on it brand new! Should I even trust that place? It is a huge South Florida Honda dealership!

Print the TSB and ask them to fix the control arms. I doubt the dealership will cover the tires unless they're the originals and don't have too many miles on them.
