Default DPFI --> MPFI... one or two q's...

ok, firstly, the search feature works pretty nice. and thank the HT gods for those first few threads at the top (the ones that say read first... lol).

so i've got plenty of know how on how to do the swap, but what i don't know is this...

i found a hella nice deal on a d16z6 intake mani w tb, and fuel rail and what not. that would work for this swap right? i'm going to be using a d15b2 (the stock motor from my 89dx). will be bolted up to a 5spd trans eventualy, gotta get it first.

being that i don't have an engine bay wiring harness, besides the auto one, i'm assuming i'll have to source both a harness from annother dx, as well as a harness for the new (to me) intake manifold?

i'm using this site:

http://www.geocities.com/teampimports/fuelinj.html

for reference, as well as this one: http://www.angelfire.com/d20/hcivic88/4gtech.html

also, if it's in the major FAQ section, just let me know, but from reading it looks like i'll need the SI harness, SI distributor, it's reccomended that i get an SI cam (going to mini me down the road instead) and an SI ecu. but for sure i CAN'T use the auto ecu right?

thanks for helpin a n00b!

I've got a CRX and I MPFI'd and used the stock throttle cable. It isn't possible to adjust it compeltely right, so its kind of tricky to negotiate the go pedal, but it works.

as long as full throttle works, what else do you need?
