K20-R Dyno numbers and Track Times/Into the 11's with a basic setup
This past sunday's IFO event in Indiana went pretty well. I got my K20 eg back up and running after repairing it's broken transmission.
The setup is as follows
K20R Swap(head has never been off)- plenty of miles and abuse over the past 5 years
13 inch lenso's w/ 23X8 M&H's
IB Spec ported RBC w/ BDL 70mm
Generic TDM swap header
Rcrew R-01 Cams w/ OEM Valvetrain
Exedy stage 2 clutch and flywheel
Here's what it made on the dyno the night before the event.

Here are the slips. The 12.0 was the first shakedown pass followed by 2 11.8 passes at identical trap speeds.

It landed us 1st place in all motor for the event. We haven't dragged this car in quite a while and were pretty pleased with the results.

Vids will be up soon. We are going back for some more testing in a couple weeks. I think we can squeeze from 11.70's out of it. There is definitely some easy power to find in a good header but im going to go ahead and leave the car the way it sits and just see if i can drive it better or make small chasis changes to hopefully find couple tenths. In a month or so i will be dropping my k24 bottom end and i will work on development from there. We plan on going to the track again in a couple weeks for some further testing. I'll keep everyone posted on the results!
-Thanks for looking!

The whole rear interior is removed including plastics. Door panels are still there, radio and speakers are still in. Pass seat is removed, drivers seat is a oem gsr seat. Heater and etc are all there under the dash. Rear ITR sway bar setup was removed. Bumper beams removed. Exhaust was also removed.

If the driver is Mikey, you should se what that fool can do with a stock 90 dx civic with only suspension, brakes, tires..
Mikey is a all around hell of a driver.

Thanks! More videos and a possible return to the track for some test and tune action next week
I'd say the car has more in it to be honest.
I went 11.9- 12.1 @ 112-113s consistantly in a 2200lb coupe with a 220hp H2B.
Except my 60fts were high 1.5s - 1.62s .
Pretty freakin bad *** for the first time out in a while . . .

I'm definitely going to play with tire pressures and launch techniques on my next trip out to the track. I also feel like there may be a little more that we can squeeze out of it.
