Default 91 si revving problem...

So I swapped a jdm d15b in my ed7 about a month and some change ago. The car starts up fine and drives fine. It doesnt smoke or anything like that. BUT the problem is the car wont pass 3500 RPMS. Itll just bounce on 3500 as if it were 2 step.

A lot of people were telling me it could be the dizzy, TPS or the ECU. I have a brand new Dizzy, tried a new TPS and 3 different ECU's. The car STILL does it.

So, today i checked to see what codes it was throwing and i came out with the following...

4- Crankshaft Position Sensor
41- o2 Sensor

Im not sure if these codes will stop it from revving past 3500 RPMs. Any help is greatly appreciated ! Thanks.

i'm not 100%, but i bet when you fix the codes it will rev high again. the crank position sensor sounds very important, and the ecu is probably protecting the motor. the 02 sensor is probably not the culprit

so then if its the crank position sensor thats coming up would it be that the motor is out of timing ? the car starts up fine and runs fine also, so im not sure.

FIX YOUR CODES FIRST! Then if it still does it then come ask why.
Your computer is protecting your engine.
