just a quick Q... we all know the seats in our crx's go to crap over time...
for me...the driver seat side IS ripping a lil bit but thats not really my concern..

my concern is the foam inside the fabric has shifted and you can feel the steal rod.

Q is...have any of you replaced the foam? any tutorial on this?

 

I would like to know also the best way to go about repairing the foam as i am having the same issue on my seat bottom bolster - someone with info jump in

My friend replaced the foam in his driver side, DA seat. It was not any fun nor was it easy.
You'll need hog ring pliers and a couple of other special upholstery tools, which aren't cheap. Unless you can borrow or rent them.

 

I would just get new seats that aren't as heavy. The stock seats are just holding you back.

 

go with si or del sol seats
