Default painting valve covers help?

I don't have a sandblaster but do you think jasco would work to strip the paint off the old VC? can i just use spray paint? would that work?

also what are other little things i could paint myself and such to make the engine bay or interrior a little more spice

what kinda paint do i use on the VC?

There is this stuff at the autoparts store called airplane stripper.
Works awesome.

May want to use a high temp paint.
Maybe you could get away with normal paint, but it gets a little warm.
I have not used a regular paint.

I have a motor out of the car, but I'm sure if you do light coats it'd dry in a day. Give yourself sometime, so you can take your time.
