Default Strut Bar Vs Sway bar

I am looking to improve my handling.
I was told to get a Strut Bar or Sway bar.
Are they the same?
If not, What's the difference?

I have a 1995 Honda Accord Ex, 5 Speed Vtec

What would your recommendations

a strut bar connects to opposing strut towers to provide strength and allow less flex between the towers.

a sway bar connects to the subframe and then to the LCA's, they provide better roll resistance.

cost wise a sway bar is generally going to cost more than a strut bar.

What else do you have done to the car suspension wise? But for a 95 EX I would probably get a larger rear sway bar and start with that, that is if you have already done either spring/struts or coilovers.

Upgrade your swaybars with Suspension Techniques or Tanabe.
Tanabe also sells strut bars. They are respectable brands.
