ok, here is the situation. I have a 94 civic lx and it has some problems. i am sure i need a new clutch, a tune up, and i think front brakes are needed. (Which in itself could be a fortune to a college student) on the appearence side i need a new front bumper for sure, it was banged a little bit by the first owner. My question is should I even bother anymore with this car, It is almost certain that i have to get this clutch because the car is getting slower. i dont think it would be a smart move to buy a header for this engine. What should i do ? I am so at a stand still.

 

get a big time student loan, drop out of school and use the money to swap!!! j/k u got plans to race the lx? or its ur daily? if its daily, buy generic clutch...if u wanna race it...got with stage 3

 

Really you'r the only one that can answer those questions. If you like the car than repair it and get the project rolling . If you'r unsure you need to spend some time deciding what you really want out of that car. Being on a very limited budget makes building a care alot more difficult than some one who can stand to waste some $ here and there. Good luck with whatever you decide.
