Cold Air or Short Ram Intake, Header & full exhaust are the primary mods. After that you could look at doing engine internals ie. cam, pistons, & rods or a turbo/forced induction. When you do internal engine mods or Forced induction you will also need a new engine management system (Programmable or chipped ECU/computer)

Plugs, wires, cap & rotor are tuneup parts not mods. Just a heads up. Don't waste your money on MSD or Accel fuel and ignition parts for a car under 400whp. The OEM Honda parts are more than enough for most bolt on mods.

It will depend on the brands you get.. and as for the numbers... won't be much, don't believe on the "add 10hp" or "adds 5hp instantly" kind of thing. It will free up horse power, enough to make you feel a difference and be fun to drive.
Intake, short or long ram, between 30 to 160 dollars.
Header, between 30 to 250 bucks.
Cat back exhaust, anywhere from 30 bucks to 550 dollars.

I think you would be happy once you put an intake/header/exhaust on your car... known as I/H/E... but consider upgrading your brakes and suspension as well, be sure to read the FAQ of the accord forum.
A lot of people are going to tell you to get a cheap intake and put a K&N air cleaner on it. As for the exhaust, i tell you one thing... the cheap stuff has its low side, they normally are loud, loud to a point where you can't hold conversations inside your car talking at a normal level.

Theres lots that you can do to the car, I think it all depends on what you want to do with the car.

Something to keep in mind, alot of the parts are shared between generations. So, when looking at parts, you sometimes need to broaden your search. For example, if you are looking for shocks and springs. Instead of searching 90-93 accords, you will find that the suspension is the same for 90-97 accords.

I/H/E is considred standard practice now, pretty much every car has them, and they are pretty much considred non mods. With the brakes there are many ways you could go. You could upgrade the stock parts with better pads and rotors, or you could swap it out for something bigger, like V6 front brakes, or Prelude Vtec brakes, etc.

You should look at the Guide to Basic accords for suspension upgrades, and theres a good write up on H22A motor swap.

And you cant go wrong browsing through the Accord FAQ, it has pretty much everything you want to know about your car. (check out my ROH conversion in the brake section)

And finially, if you cant find enough information about your specific model range (4th gen accords 90-93) the you can always check out CB7Tuner, since thats all they talk about.
