Did my amp blow up?
The set up : Aiwa CD Player, Pioneer 6 1/2 in the doors (running off the deck), Phoenix Gold QX2180 Amp, Pioneer IMPP 8" Subwoofer.
CD Player was set at: Bass -3, Treb. +3, Bal. 0, Fade F1
Just driving around and the sub quit working. Checked all fuses, OK. All wiring, OK. Green light is still on, on the amp. So it's still getting power. My friend has two 8" subs. Hooked them up in my car nothing (to see if my sub blew), they didn't work, Put them back in his car, they worked perfect.
What happened? Please help. Thanks.

Teken: Checked all you asked and everything is fine and was fine. I even had a
friend who is a former car stereo installer take a look. All ok.
GSteg: Grey color cone w/ IMPP in blue in the middle.

My box was ported and the sound sucked. I patched up the holes and what a difference! I have just one sub and I bridged my amp to it. It's getting around 180 watts at the peak. I think the sub can handle 300 peak.
