We have a 2008 Honda Ruckus with 128 miles for sale. 49cc scooter, so you do not have to have a motorcycle license or register it with DMV. We have title in hand, ruckus was driven by my wife to and from work only. Has been garaged kept since we bought it brand new in April. Comes with a chain to lock it to a post or whatever you want.
