what can be the problem if the spark plug wire is not sparking?

 

break internal in the wire but are you sure. What is the exact problem is 1 cylinder misfiring ?

 

too much resistance, break in the wire, corrosion on the contact, corroded/broken rotor or dizzy cap, touching yourself at night, touching little boys at night, etc., etc.

 

its not misfireing it wont start it roll but wont start and when you try to start it and check the wire by putting it against a medal it doesnt spark

 

Ignition coil, or igniter are my first two suggestions.

...or just buy an entire distributor brand new online from someone who sells Distributor King/richporter technologies units. they are sold new including base, sensors, ignitor, coil, cap, and rotor all assembled, ready to install.
