Its been done before, but never well enough to satisfy me. The 2 door bumper fits, but it doesn't line up properly with the 4 door fenders. i don't think using 2 door fenders is an option either because unless i'm mistake 2 door fenders are shorter than 4 door. If want to see it done though go to civic-eg.com and check out the user dogfight he has a gold 4 door with a 2 door bumper, he made the fenders line up with bodyfill, it looks good, but it still doesn't satisfy me. I's really like to do the same thing to mine as well, just because the 2 door front end looks better, but if you just want it for the foglights there are 4 door specific foglights available, EG9 sedans in japan came with them.

true.. i was just thinkin if i got a hood, fenders, headlights are the same so wont need those... corners and front bumper.. maybe it would work... if not im just gonna get a new 4dr bumper and get a lip from ICB....

but i wanted to see if anyone did this or had any info before i did that...

Yeah, they exist, they just aren't very common, i'm quite sure i've seen the depot ones on ebay for a 4 door, stanley definately made oem 4 door lights for 5th gen civics. heres a pic.

if your going to repaint the car anyway maybe try a 2 door front fender first and see if it will fit, i think they're too short. but maybe they aren't, might be worth a shot, if the fender will fit properly then the conversion would be a snap, if not then i'd probably just do what you said and get a new 4 door bumper.

that lip is a JDM lip, it was never available here. i think some people have adapted the Si lip to fit, other than that all i can suggest is ordering the real deal from a place like passwordjdm.
