Default would this motor pass the smog?

i have a ej8 "coupe".. it comes with a d16y8 stock but i blew it and swapped in a b series but got caught .. so i need to go reff it... and i put a d16y7 with a v-tec head... would this pass smog?.. my car comes stock with v-tec... just wondering...

yes its running good except the crank sensor....besides that its in good condition
