I'm kind of in with this guy, so I'm going to thread jack a bit. My intermediate shaft has a female end. I ordered axles, and the drivers side axle has a female end facing the intermediate shaft... need male on that one.
What to get? I'm trying to accumulate a spare set, and somebody else did the original swap, so I don't know.

Sorry about the thread jack.
I had a cable trans, went to Hydro trans with the same intermediate shaft (has female end).
Not sure if the year dictates what fits that intermediate shaft.

Hold on, gimmee a minute, I'm working on some pictures, hopefully help everybody.
Mind you, I was just thinking, don't you need a hub upgrade with this axle change?

Here's a female intermediate shaft on a jdm b16a. My car came with cable, I converted to Hydro. Intermediate shaft bolted right up.

Here are the axles that fit my 89 hatch with b16a swap. Notice the splines on the ends.

Here are the boxes that contain some spare axles I wanted to have on hand as I'm drag racing this car. Turns out, the drivers side (left) is NOT the right part number, so hopefully we will COMPLETELY iron this out for the poster, and selfishly, myself.

CV8425, left CV (NOT CORRECT for my leftside situation. Need to find the right one.
CV8411, Right side, good fit
