Stock Rim Refinishing/Resurfacing?
Did a little bit of searching and did not come up with much. Does anyone have any info on refinishing/resurfacing the stock gunmetal rims? My rims are not bent or curbed they have just taken a lot of rocks and all have numerous rock chips. I'd like to just have them fixed rather than look for another set. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Just take them to a body shop, give them the OEM gunmetal wheel paint code (can be found via searching) and ask them to paint them.
Should only be a couple hundred dollars. Definitely cheaper than a new set of wheels.

my brother drove the car and dropped something...needless to say, car veered to the right, hit a curb, took a fat *** peice out of the wheel. took it to a body shop and they polished and resurfaced it and looks better than when i bought the car. cant even tell a 1 inch peice taken out of it
