it's pretty simple really.once you take it off you will be like....oh.
just take off the center filler peice and bam....you will see some phillips head screws*should be* take those out and bam......im sure im forgetting something but its easy

 

Use the above method for the CRX.

For a hatch or sedan, take out the screws in the fender well, remove the bumper lights and undo the bolts behind them holding the support on. Then lift up and out. After you do it once, it really is a head-slapper.

 

No, you are right. I was taking off needless stuff. And its easy, 2 ten milimeters, and 4 phillips head screws.

 

hey just curious n00b here... are the sedan and hatch bumpers swapable? there's always a bunch of sedans at my local j/y, but not so much on the hatch's

 

As far as I know, all civics are the same, hatchbacks and coupes only are interchangeable. sedans are in their own category

Nope, the CRX, natch and sedan bumpers are all different.
