I'll start off. I use Mobil1 10W-30 with a B&G MOA Friction Modifier in my JDM B16 I/H/E.

94 Hatch D15B (SOHC Vtec):

I use Royal Purple 10W30. I don't tend to use conditioners, but I have used Restore before. I got it @ Advance Auto Parts. It worked well for my Accord with 170XXX + (F22 motor), never burned any oil. I have always used K + N oil filters.

I highly recommend the Royal Purlple Synchromax manual transmission fluid, especially for hard driving applications. They also make ATF, and coolant additives, which I also use and recommend.

2001 B18C1. Using conventional Pennzoil 5W30. Was using Castrol conventional 5w30 on my old d16y8 with 200K miles - never a leak.

JDM B18C R, 98+ Spec, I/E, Mobil 1 10w30. Fram oil filter, because they have the hand grip thing on the end and I dont have a filter wrench

I only use Mobil 1 because Autozone never carries Royal Purple in 5w30 or 10w30, and I like to use my $20 discount for oil changes.

Both on my D16Z6 (I/H/E) and my D16Y8 (I/H) I run/ran Mobil 1 fully synthetic 10w30 (green!) with an autozone filter.

Never had a problem.

EDIT:
I don't use additives to make it last longer, or seafoam, or any of that jazz - I also don't use the "5000 mile no change" line of Moibl 1 or whatever - I use the regular and change it every 3000.

I don't use the additive so I can make the mileage last longer, I still go 3 months, 3000 miles. I use it for that extra protection so I don't burn a ring or anything like that. It will actually clean out years of engine sludge after the first change... I just made sure I changed it a week or so after just using regular non-synthetic oil and sure enough, the darkness poured out. I'd recommend it to anyone

Bone stock z6 using mobil clean 5000 5w-30 with a wix filter. Changed ever 3000 miles. The oil was good enough to make help my z24 cavalier to 375,000 miles, when i sold it, i figured its pretty good stuff!
