Default Deshaving an engine bay.

My friend was asking me about deshaving an engine bay. He wants to know if it is possiable to bring it back to factory look? What if the holes is already welded up? Shaving bay is not his type but he likes the factory holes look and wire tucking. So is there any way he can take it all off and bring it to factory look?

good luck...

if it's all welded it's nearly impossible...
you can always start drilling at random..

Sell the car, buy a new (stock) one.
